We are currently looking for a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to join our Community Support Home Office Team.

Ideal candidates can reside anywhere in the state of CALIFORNIA.

What we need from you:

• 5+ years of proven sales success with C level sales of services.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling.
• Strong customer service track record with measurable results
• Proven success in growing revenue and/or customer base.
• Proven motivational abilities
• Responsibility for developing the strategy and vision for services; communicating and presenting that strategy up and down the chain of command.
• Ability to travel outside of home office area 3-4 nights per week on average
• Highly ethical and responsible sales philosophy
• Successful experience with developing and executing presentations to C level executives
• Ability to develop presentations to aid in the sales process.
• Senior housing or healthcare experience preferred

Core Responsibilities

The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for ensuring that a community is achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy goals.

Pay: From $135,000.00 per year
