Role Description This position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with commercial and industrial clients, and expanding the company’s market presence in snow removal and related services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and contracts, and collaborating with operations to ensure service offerings meet client needs. The Business Development Manager will monitor local market trends, participate in networking events, and maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate reporting. The role also involves working closely with leadership to refine pricing strategies, develop partnership opportunities, and support long-term growth plans. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in facilities services, property management, or related industries. Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. Ability to conduct market research, analyze local trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies for the Northern Ohio and Greater Cleveland area. Proficient in using CRM or sales tracking tools, and comfortable with basic office software for proposals, presentations, and reporting. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams. Organized and self-directed, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines. Knowledge of snow removal or seasonal maintenance services is beneficial, including an understanding of operational requirements and client expectations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience in a similar role. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Greater Cleveland and Northern Ohio area to meet clients and attend local events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
