Business Development Manager

Responsibilities Design the strategy and drive the execution of target vertical market programs within key strategically identified growth industries Stay current with market trends, key industry investments and maintain market knowledge of focus industries Coordinate and lead marketing programs, and customer campaigns with goals of increasing Applied’s market share and segment leadership in the industry Create and drive sales enablement tools, training and marketing collateral jointly with other departments to support overall field sales execution Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, digital, corporate communications, sales, supply chain and manufacturers to create best-in-class targeted marketing and lead generation Participate in aligned associations and trade shows with the key industries Proactive analysis and review of company performance in key vertical markets Direct customer interaction to identify opportunities for increased sales and to support sales team during presentations and proposals Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or sales and marketing-related focus 5 + years of sales or marketing-related work experience, specifically within target industries preferred Knowledge and or experience in key industries such as aggregate, cement, and mining, metals mining, water, and wastewater treatment Proven results in analyzing data and trends to create relevant and actionable business insights Strong Microsoft skills, including spreadsheet management, pivot tables, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
