Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral guidelines, facilitating pre-crisis and crisis plans, as well as risk and medication treatment assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to enhance treatment effectiveness in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with various teams to implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering strong connections that benefit client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and local meetings, showcasing your expertise and representing the agency at industry events.

• Maintain open communication channels within the team and the broader community, helping to promote our services and secure potential partnerships and funding sources.

• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing challenges related to emotional health, substance use recovery, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Your role will be crucial in guiding clients through their recovery journey, helping them to develop coping skills, gain independence, and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health discipline is mandatory.

• An active and independent LMHC License issued by the state of Washington.

• Strong ability to maintain clinical records and prepare detailed reports reflecting treatment progress.
