Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.90 / Hour Job Schedule: Day/Time: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access guidance, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may need attention. Monitor entrances, lobbies, and visitor traffic, offering directions and support to patients, staff, and guests while helping to maintain site access procedures. Assist with security‑related requests in patient care and administrative areas, supporting a professional environment through clear communication and attention to site policies. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Meet hospital vaccine requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
