Serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will manage enterprise compensation programs and processes remotely, providing expertise on offers, job leveling, retention, and annual compensation decisions. Key responsibilities Partner with assigned business groups and HR Business Partners to advise on compensation-related matters Lead designated enterprise compensation programs, including the corporate bonus program, from planning through execution Co-lead annual compensation activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently Required qualifications 4-6 years of significant progressive compensation experience in broad-based compensation Strong knowledge of market pricing, salary structures, and annual compensation processes Experience independently advising HR and business stakeholders on complex compensation matters Ability to balance technical judgment with practical business partnership Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and communication
