Key Responsibilities

• Process travel and procurement card applications, modifications, and terminations accurately within defined service levels
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve card-related issues promptly
• Perform transactions, research solutions, and document customer interactions using case management and knowledge base systems
• Maintain accurate electronic records and prepare necessary correspondence
• Collaborate with Card Administrators and team members to resolve complex customer issues
• Build effective working relationships with customers, peers, and management

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's degree
