Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location:
Fort Myers, FL
Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Position Duties:

• Process customer payments, invoices, and billing statements.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and records.
• Monitor past-due accounts and assist with collections.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and assist with monthly reconciliations.
• Support the Senior Accountant with month-end accounting activities.
• Maintain organized files and perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Accounting degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software; Great Plains and WideOrbit a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:

• $20-23/hour depending on experience
