Accounts Payable Clerk – Cape Coral, FL

Pay: $20–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fridays off at 4:00 PM)

A well-established company in Cape Coral is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accounting team. This position will work closely with the Accounting Manager and provide support with accounts payable, accounting, and general administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately enter ACH payments
• Assist with the implementation of a new digital accounting and payment system
• Support the Accounting Manager with daily accounting tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting support experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of accounting procedures and financial processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Professional communication and customer service skills
