Requirements:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Previous experience in payroll support, billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or administrative finance functions.
• Experience reviewing timesheets and validating employee pay records preferred .
• Experience with EDI billing, electronic invoicing platforms, SAP Ariba, COUPA, EPICOR Kinetic, or similar ERP/accounting systems strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of financial and payroll-related data.

Job Duties:

• Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy within the payroll system.
• Audit payroll records to ensure Per Diem, mileage reimbursements, and pay calculations comply with customer contracts and applicable state regulations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Generate customer invoices from validated payroll records using EPICOR Kinetic.
• Submit and manage invoices through SAP Ariba, COUPA, EDI platforms, and other customer-required electronic billing systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation supporting payroll and billing transactions.
• Reconcile payroll and invoicing data to ensure accuracy and timely customer billing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve invoicing or payment issues.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
