Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, performing accurate data entry, and supporting day-to-day accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with financial systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and approval Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail Manage accounts payable records and documentation Reconcile invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors as needed Ensure timely and accurate payment processing Maintain organized financial files and records Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience Experience with invoice processing Strong data entry experience and accuracy Experience with Yardi software is preferred; candidates with experience using similar property management, accounting, or ERP software platforms will also be considered Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Compensation: $19/hr to $21/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
