Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop integrated care plans based on individual client needs and community resources.

• Engage directly with clients both virtually and in-person when necessary, offering individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate regular monitoring of clients' progress, including updating treatment plans based on emerging needs.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, effectively utilizing resources within the Oregon Medical Center and other health resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Participate actively in team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery within the organization.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any potential safety risks promptly to management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will center on clients experiencing major mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and stress-related issues. The demographic is diverse, consisting of individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, and may include families, young adults, and elderly populations—all of whom may face unique cultural and contextual challenges in accessing mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is necessary; a Master’s Degree in Social Work is preferred.

• Expert knowledge in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment frameworks, as well as crisis management protocols.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and report on clinical findings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably within community health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
