Duration: 3 months on W2 contract
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support office operations, laboratory maintenance, finance, and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and operations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment with lab personnel and vendors.
- Assist with laboratory maintenance activities, including chemical approvals, chemical inventory management, lab computer management, and hazardous waste disposal coordination.
- Support finance personnel with invoice tracking, submission, and related documentation.
- Provide shipping and receiving support.
- Welcome visitors and coordinate conference calls, large group meetings, travel arrangements, and technology team social events.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, finance personnel, laboratory staff, and other teams.
