This full-time position allows for remote work while serving a diverse population of clients within a detox center setting. Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, with the flexibility required to manage in-person visits as needed. Our detox center provides a supportive and nurturing atmosphere where our professionals can thrive. Work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed to meet client demands. The ability to adapt scheduling to client circumstances is vital.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients entering the detox program, evaluating their emotional, mental, and social health to establish effective care plans.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized treatment goals that support recovery, enhance overall well-being, and address individual needs.

• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support to clients and their families, guiding them through the intricacies of addiction and recovery.

• Advocate for clients’ access to necessary resources, including healthcare, social services, and community support systems to optimize their recovery journey.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including healthcare professionals, nurses, and substance abuse counselors to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, reassessments, and timely adjustments of treatment plans to reflect their evolving needs.

• Facilitate family meetings and educational sessions to promote understanding of addiction and the recovery process, fostering a supportive environment.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all assessments, care plans, and client progress in compliance with ethical and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

In this role, the primary client population will consist of individuals undergoing detoxification from various substances, including alcohol and drugs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
