Executive Assistant

Lofton Security Services

Lofton Staffing is seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager for a large local contracting company! This position plays a critical dual role, providing high-level administrative support to the President while overseeing the daily operations of the office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and maintaining a professional and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes Track key deadlines and follow up on deliverables and action items Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships Coordinate facility maintenance and address workspace needs Handle mail, deliveries, and front-office coordination Support onboarding processes (workspace setup, equipment, supplies) Administrative / Operational Support Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing Support HR with administrative tasks Plan and coordinate company meetings, events, and team activities Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Identify opportunities to improve operations and efficiency Competitive starting salary 60–90k based on experience Opportunities for growth and professional development Equal Opportunity Employer Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in an executive support or office management role Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment High level of professionalism and confidentiality Core Competencies Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Strong interpersonal and communication skills Initiative and proactive mindset Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment Strong prioritization and decision‑making skills Tech savvy (PC/device set up and trouble shooting) a major plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
