Revenue Operations Lead

Seeking an execution-focused Sr. Revenue Operations Lead, this full-time remote position will manage critical revenue operations pillars including Deal Desk, Provisioning, Analytics, and DealHub Change Management while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing to enhance operational efficiency and support revenue growth. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for the sales team regarding deal structuring, pricing approvals, and quote-to-close escalations Analyze pipeline and revenue data to provide insights that support forecasting and sales performance decisions Administer and improve DealHub, including configuration updates and process improvements for the sales organization Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Experience administering a CPQ platform for quoting and order management, with a preference for DealHub experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with pipeline and revenue data to generate actionable insights Proficiency in CRM systems, including HubSpot, focusing on pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting Strong documentation and process design skills, capable of translating complex workflows into scalable SOPs and playbooks Virtual Vocations Inc
