Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to comprehensively understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs, while regularly monitoring their progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care that optimizes client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and develop safety plans for clients facing immediate mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following ethical and legal standards, as well as organizational policies.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational support groups designed to foster a sense of community and shared healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, providing mental health support to individuals facing various challenges, such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each presenting unique needs that require a customized approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting with direct client interaction.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, mental health assessment techniques, and treatment strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
