Client Executive - Employee Health & Benefits

Responsibilities As Client Executive on the EH&B team, you will establish and maintain relationships with prospect and client decision‑makers, provide overall client services responsibilities for assigned accounts, oversee and co‑manage a book of prospects and/or clients with dedicated Producers, produce and oversee coverage analyses, identify marketing efforts, add new lines of coverage, and negotiate renewals with prospects and/or clients. Qualifications 5+ years of group employee benefits experience at carrier and/or broker, most recent experience in an elevated client services role. Strong technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage. Strong time management, delegation and organizational skills. Additional Qualifications (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree.
