Advanced Wellness is a growing multi-specialty medical practice seeking a  Patient Growth & Scheduling Coordinator to play a vital role in growing our practice while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This is much more than a scheduling position. You will be responsible for converting opportunities into appointments, reactivating former patients, following up on inquiries, and helping us grow our practice through outstanding communication and persistence.

What You'll Do

• Schedule new patient appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Follow up on all new patient leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Contact inactive patients and encourage them to return for care through reactivation campaigns.
• Execute patient recruitment initiatives and marketing follow-up.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing patients while providing legendary customer service.
• Track leads, appointments, and conversion metrics.
• Work closely with our providers and leadership team to help achieve monthly growth goals.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
