Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized treatment plans to address client needs, ensuring that therapy sessions are tailored to foster tangible outcomes.

• Engage regularly with internal clinical support staff and collaborate with external resources, such as schools and community organizations, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Manage billing processes in accordance with agency requirements, ensuring transparency and adherence to financial expectations for services rendered.

• Participate in regular staff meetings aimed at sharing insights, brainstorming solutions, and contributing to program development efforts, enhancing the overall quality of our services.

• Remain available for on-call responsibilities as necessary, responding to after-hours calls and emergencies in alignment with program guidelines to ensure ongoing support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse range of clients with varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid, active license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated commitment to continual professional development and the ability to stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.
