Strategic Engagement & Adoption Manager

Listen Labs is seeking a Strategic Engagement Manager to own the post-sale customer journey, drive onboarding, adoption, and growth of our AI-powered research platform in a fast-paced, enterprise setting. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts, partner with sales on expansion and renewals, and collect feedback to shape our product roadmap.
