Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through detailed intake interviews and standardized assessment tools, setting the foundation for effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused approaches to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and promote continuity of treatment.
• Regularly evaluate client progress towards their goals, utilizing metrics and client feedback to refine treatment plans and interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations, utilizing practice management software to document sessions and treatment updates.

Compensation and Benefits
