Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s emotional and psychological state.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and the individual needs of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy focused on evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor and document each client's progress, making adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with the client to optimize outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely assistance in moments of acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment, integrating new knowledge into your practice.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and training opportunities to refine your clinical skills and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on diverse clients from various backgrounds, each facing distinct mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.
• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect empathetically with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
