Although your work will primarily be virtual, you’ll engage closely with a team of fellow professionals dedicated to mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As our valued LCSW, you will engage in diverse responsibilities including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for individuals experiencing mental health challenges, utilizing your expertise to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their needs.

• Administering engaging and effective psychotherapy interventions tailored to clients, drawing from proven techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal governance policies, fostering a transparent and accountable practice.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to formulate holistic care approaches for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-age children and adolescents, along with their families, who may be navigating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. By providing targeted support within the academic setting, you will play a critical role in promoting the psychological well-being of students and fostering a positive school environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
