Your Role

• Utilize our exclusive platform along with your network to identify potential healthcare candidates
• Engage prospective candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and support their hiring journey
• Keep thorough and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system
• Receive commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews facilitated, and successful hires from your leads

Your Compensation

This is a performance-driven, commission-only role. This means your earning potential is limitless and your success knows no bounds.

You will make money based on the value you generate:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you organize
• Additional pay for resulting interviews from your outreach efforts
• Multipliers on commissions for generating new business
• Bonus commissions once placements are made stemming from your leads
