Enrich Living Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a full-time therapist. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client mental health diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
\n
• Prepare and document individual session notes in accordance with company policy, which includes ongoing treatment plan reviews and documentation of progress.
\n
• Engage in creative interventions to facilitate client goal achievement and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers, family members, medical personnel, school staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive services for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team-building activities to foster a supportive workplace culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families navigating various life challenges. Our clinic is dedicated to supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ, and bilingual individuals, and we encourage therapists of all backgrounds to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience and comfort working with this diverse population, demonstrating sensitivity to their unique needs and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Georgia.
\n
• Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for effective client interactions.
\n
• Ability to maintain stable and appropriate boundaries with clients, ensuring a professional therapeutic relationship.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, such as Office 365. Experience with Valant is a plus.

• Successful completion of a background check.
\n

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Enrich Living Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide attractive benefits, including:
