Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home while making a significant impact on the lives of others. As part of the telehealth facility, you will utilize secure online platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access for clients. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, designed to accommodate both the therapist's and the clients' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role includes:

• Conducting individualized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients using evidence-based practices.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and social workers, to develop and refine comprehensive care plans.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions that promote client well-being and track their progress towards personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to couples seeking relationship counseling and families needing support during transitions. Understanding a wide range of mental health issues is essential, as you will work with both adults and youth, tailoring your approach to meet their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a track record of effective client engagement and positive outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
