Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional needs through interviews, observations, and standardized screening tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline therapy goals, therapeutic techniques, and desired outcomes.

• Maintain ongoing documentation of client interactions and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Engage clients in regular therapeutic sessions, providing cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help address mental health challenges.

• Facilitate client referrals to other health professionals, such as psychiatrists or nutritionists, when additional support is necessary.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Growth Revive, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and eating disorders. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with clients from various backgrounds will be vital to providing culturally responsive care. You will be expected to demonstrate cultural competence in therapy that honors and respects individual differences, fostering a safe space for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience with a strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies, with the capability to manage high-stress situations and respond to clients’ needs calmly and effectively.

• Demonstrable skills in building rapport and fostering relationships with diverse clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
