Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored care plans that address individual challenges and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to achieve positive client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare specialists, including psychologists and primary care physicians, to deliver coordinated and holistic care to clients.

• Provide clients and their families with education on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Integrate innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions into your practice, continually aiming to elevate the standard of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a valid LCSW license in California is required to practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
