Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and treatment to 1-2 patients per hour in an efficient outpatient orthopedic setting while maintaining high-quality standards of care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized rehabilitation plans that address patient goals, medical histories, and functional limitations.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to accurately document treatment sessions, progress notes, and patient outcomes in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, sports medicine specialists, and orthopedists, to enhance overall patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Educate patients on methods of recovery, exercise regimens, and injury prevention strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
