Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis interventions, crisis management, and behavioral guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to evaluate client needs effectively.

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to orchestrate comprehensive positive behavior support plans tailored to client requirements.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation procedures, ensuring the clinic meets all necessary standards and requirements.

• Serve as a key liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to ensure seamless support.

• Communicate openly and effectively with program team members to foster collaboration and meet client needs.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and national organizations to identify opportunities for funding and program enhancement.

• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and participating in agency representation tasks.

• Advocate for the agency's mission and values, integrating them into daily practice and community involvement.

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations.
