Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Empathic Sage Counseling, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and treating a diverse range of mental health issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients’ mental health histories and current challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with both couples and individual family members to address relational dynamics.
\n
• Creating personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

• Utilizing teletherapy and in-person options to meet the varied needs of your clients.
\n
• Documenting and maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress in accordance with clinic policies.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will focus on a wide range of family and individual issues, including:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency challenges.
\n
• Addressing the effects of physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Supporting clients through grief and loss issues.
\n
• Resolving conflicts among family members and siblings.
\n
• Navigating the complexities of blended families.
\n
• Managing job-related stress and medical issues impacting family dynamics.
\n
• Guiding individuals through adjustments related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Enhancing communication skills within families, particularly between mothers and daughters.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and active Marriage and Family Therapy license (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
