Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, taking into account clients' physical, emotional, and behavioral histories, including any relevant criminal or substance abuse backgrounds.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic services, adeptly managing challenging situations that may arise in virtual settings.

• Collaborate with medical professionals and other support personnel to accurately diagnose and develop effective management plans for clients with psychiatric disorders.

• Compose detailed clinical reports, outlining patient progress, treatment strategies, and recommended interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Engage in case consultations, bringing forth recommendations to the multidisciplinary care team while ensuring effective communication and teamwork involving clients and their support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will serve a diverse clientele that includes children, teenagers, adults, and couples from various backgrounds. Clients often present with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stressors, and adjustment disorders. You will be expected to deliver culturally responsive care and adapt your approach to meet individual needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field, along with an active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience in direct patient care, specifically focusing on rendering mental health services within either public or private institutions.

• Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
