Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions to clients via telehealth, addressing their unique issues and goals.

• Maintain thorough, ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including optional peer consultation and continuing education units (CEUs), to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individual clients seeking support for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The role may also include therapy for couples or families, providing an opportunity to help clients navigate their interpersonal dynamics in a meaningful way. Your work will play a crucial role in improving client outcomes and overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active LPCC license in California, in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a counseling setting, with at least one year of telehealth practice preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
