Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess the psychological and emotional needs of clients, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Design and recommend evidence-based treatment plans, including psychoeducational, transitional, and support group initiatives, while implementing effective suicide prevention interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and management for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and ongoing support.

• Maintain thorough documentation of session notes and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and state regulations.

• Facilitate multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, providing insights and updates regarding caseloads, and collaborating on treatment strategies with other healthcare practitioners.

• Deliver training and educational resources to staff on various mental health topics to enhance the team’s understanding and approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field with an active LPCC licensure issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably working in mental health settings such as correctional facilities or telehealth environments.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and video conferencing tools to facilitate therapy sessions and document patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 .
