Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to provide care from any location while maintaining a strong connection with our clients through advanced telehealth technology. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life structure. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment methods tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Regularly monitor progress and adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and care coordinators, to optimize patient care plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field from an accredited program is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services.

• Strong understanding of various mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally sensitive approaches.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, with the capacity to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
