What You'll Do

• Provide quality care for critically ill adult and geriatric patients in the ICU
• Monitor patients' vital signs, utilizing advanced cardiac and pulmonary monitoring equipment
• Administer medications via IV starts and manage ventilators and other life support devices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform complex procedures including chest tubes, central line placements, and bronchoscopy/endoscopy support
• Document patient care efficiently using Epic or computerized charting systems
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies, including ARDS, sepsis, and other critical conditions

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• At least 2 years of ICU experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification (or equivalent)
• Skills in vents, IV starts, and computerized charting (Epic required)

• Experience with complex ICU treatments such as CRRT, pulmonary artery catheter placement, and clinical trials
