• Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; Proficiency with EPIC
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience; Ventilator management, IV starts, telemetry, and Telemetry experience required

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $59.18
• Pay Package: Competitive pay, paid weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do

• Float to various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, critical care environment
• Manage ventilators, IV starts, telemetry, and patient monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to safety protocols and documentation standards using EPIC EMR
• Adapt to unit needs while maintaining clinical excellence

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience with ventilator and telemetry proficiency
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to float across different ICU units within acuity levels

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Additional certifications or specialties in Critical Care
