Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day role will include:

• Overseeing clinical care for patients, ensuring proficiency in the assessment and therapeutic processes.

• Conducting individual or group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse psychological needs of clients, including real-time assessments and creating comprehensive treatment logs.

• Managing a caseload of patients with varying mental health issues by employing advanced clinical skills and evidence-based practices.

• Working collaboratively with patients and their families to formulate and implement effective psychological intervention plans.

• Using crisis intervention skills to manage acute situations and provide immediate support when necessary.

• Delivering specialized counseling services, such as family and conjoint therapy, while making referrals to other professionals when appropriate to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Regularly conducting mental health evaluations and integrating findings into treatment strategies.

• Documenting strategy outlines, progress reports, and revisions to treatment plans as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a broad spectrum of clients, from those struggling with anxiety and depression to individuals facing complex behavioral challenges. You will play a crucial role in supporting their mental health needs, developing rapport, and making a genuine impact on their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• A valid license in the state of Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, we highly value those with additional expertise in telehealth services, specifically working in remote counseling environments. Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, depending on your experience and licensure. Additional benefits include:
