Communicate with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
Provide information and support regarding benefits and financial protection options
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Assist clients with enrollment, follow-up, and ongoing support
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Collaborate within a supportive remote team environment

Qualifications
