Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a diverse spectrum of mental health issues experienced by patients within our hospice program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families, providing emotional support, counseling, and guidance during challenging times. You'll engage with patients who require assistance in coping with grief, anxiety, and other mental health concerns arising from their diagnosis or end-of-life care experience. Understanding the nuances of bereavement and palliative care will be critical to facilitating a supportive environment for both patients and their loved ones.

Qualifications\n
