Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family counseling using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to empower clients to overcome challenges.

• Facilitate access to vital community resources including food assistance, housing services, and mental health support.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and safety planning, understanding trauma-informed care when addressing high-risk situations.

• Work closely with community agencies to coordinate comprehensive care services, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
