Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and create personalized treatment plans that address their unique concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in your practice.

• Work closely with a diverse team of psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Keep accurate clinical documentation that adheres to state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance in all aspects of your practice.

• Engage in regular team case consultations and participate in continuous clinical training to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

• Support clients through significant life transitions, crises, or milestone moments in their therapeutic journey, equipping them with the tools needed for resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Center Field Counseling, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma experiences. Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license in the state of California.
