As a remote telehealth position, you will work from the comfort of your own home while collaborating with a support team of like-minded professionals. The position requires a dedicated work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring consistency and availability for clients seeking assistance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients seeking stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to meet individual needs.

• Guide clients in various mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices designed to raise self-awareness and enhance emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, fostering a supportive community among participants.

• Integrate mindfulness approaches into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns and support holistic growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that integrate mindfulness practices.

• Document client progress meticulously, including mindfulness interventions and treatment adjustments, to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice and pursue ongoing professional development to deepen skills in mindfulness-based approaches.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking to improve their mental health through mindfulness techniques. Clients include those experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the creation of a calm and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is ideal.

Compensation and Benefits\n
