Paralegal

Supporting litigation matters remotely on a part-time basis, the detail-oriented Paralegal will provide assistance with case preparation, manage documentation, and help maintain organized case files for defense-related work. Key responsibilities Organize case files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records throughout each stage of defense litigation matters Assist with discovery activities, including managing document requests and productions Coordinate trial preparation tasks, ensuring all materials are ready for hearings and proceedings Required qualifications Prior experience supporting litigation matters, ideally in personal injury or defense-related legal work Working knowledge of discovery processes and document management Experience with trial preparation and organizing materials for court proceedings Proficiency in case management software and legal document management tools Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage part-time responsibilities and meet deadlines
