Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other treatments adapted to meet individual client goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring a calm and supportive environment for effective resolution.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including histories, treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in full compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to coordinate treatment and improve overall client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment modalities, coping strategies, and community resources while advocating for their needs and rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients who may be facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your role will focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of each individual or family, utilizing culturally competent approaches to enhance engagement and motivation for therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
