Work Environment This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to deliver therapy sessions via telehealth. You will work primarily through secure video chat platforms that our organization provides, designed for privacy and convenience. Key Responsibilities Provide individual counseling to clients using video chat, focusing on helping them improve their mental health and emotional well-being. Facilitate discussions about emotions, life experiences, and relationships, encouraging clients to gain insights into their thoughts and behaviors. Act as a client advocate, supporting them in setting and achieving personal goals while fostering their journey towards recovery. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, and develop effective treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach that incorporates your clinical acumen. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client sessions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base consists of pre-screened individuals presenting with stable mental health conditions and low acuity needs. You will work closely with clients who require support for various issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges, ensuring that each interaction can lead to positive therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required. An independent state-issued license in one of the following is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted. Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and develop strategic treatment planning is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care are critical. Strong computer literacy skills to utilize teletherapy tools effectively and maintain accurate records. Preferred Experience Experience conducting therapy over telehealth platforms is highly desirable, with familiarity in managing client engagement remotely. Experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions. Compensation and Benefits A competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000, based on your hours worked.
