Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health needs during initial consultations to understand their history and develop targeted treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s specific circumstances, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders.

• Provide regular counseling sessions, utilizing both individual and group therapy methods, to facilitate client engagement and progress monitoring.

• Document treatment plans and client progress accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and provide referrals when necessary.

• Utilize crisis intervention skills to address acute client needs effectively while promoting a safe therapeutic environment.

• Participate in supervision, peer support, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Our clients often face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license, such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW, to practice independently.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your hard work and dedication will be recognized with a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
