Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. You will primarily engage with clients through telehealth platforms, leveraging technology to provide effective counseling services while accommodating the varied schedules of your patients. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' concerns and to craft personalized treatment plans that align with their backgrounds and experiences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting your approach based on individual assessments and cultural considerations.

• Facilitate individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions that promote resilience and coping skills among patients.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention support and effectively manage mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.
\n
• Educate clients and their loved ones on mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources that can enhance their support networks.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training in cultural competency to enhance collaborative practices.

• Stay updated on the latest research, therapeutic practices, and relevant cultural considerations in mental health to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role is crucial in providing mental health support to a diverse patient demographic. You will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Experience providing direct mental health services through various modalities, with an emphasis on culturally responsive care.

• Proven crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to think critically and act decisively during crises.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with an aptitude for building rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital platforms.

• A commitment to ethical practice, maintaining professional boundaries, and upholding confidentiality in all interactions.

• Ability to function collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
