Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients in a hospice care environment, requiring sensitivity, empathy, and specialized skill sets to support individuals facing end-of-life issues and their families. This includes addressing grief, existential concerns, and acute emotional distress that often accompany terminal diagnoses. Your expertise will help facilitate conversations about end-of-life planning, decision-making, and support coping strategies for clients and their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required, with a current and valid LCSW license.

• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and self-motivation are essential, as is a commitment to cultural competency.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, particularly under the demands of a full caseload.

• Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n
